  • DROP OFF OR PARENT-ASSISTED?

    Parent- assisted only! For Painted Pinecone Parties and Events, caregivers are required to be present for the children’s safety.

  • WHAT SHOULD MY CHILD WEAR TO A PARTY OR EVENT?

    Many of our events can be messy! Although any clothing is acceptable, the child should wear clothing that can get messy. The perfect choice would be rain boots and any other water resistant clothing. Bring an extra change of dry clothing to be safe.

  • WHAT IS THE SICK POLICY?

    If your child is showing signs of being ill, please keep them home. Use your best judgement and common sense when determining if your child should attend.

  • WHAT IS YOUR NO-SHOW AND CANCELLATION POLICY?

    PARTIES: At the time of booking, there will be a non-refundable deposit. If the amount of children attending the party goes below the minimum requirement, you will still be responsible for the agreed upon price.

    EVENTS/PROGRAMS: We will need 24 hours notice to receive a refund.

  • HOW DO YOU APPROACH ALLERGIES?

    We highly encourage caregivers to reach out at the time of booking to keep up informed of any allergies we should be made aware of. We do not accept responsibility if an allergy were to occur.

  • IS IT POSSIBLE TO MIX PARTY OPTIONS IF CHILDREN ARE VARIOUS AGES?

    Absolutely! We offer one complimentary station of choice so the party does not have to be strict to one age group.

  • DOES IT MATTER IF THE PARTY WE ARE THROWING IS INDOOR OR OUTDOOR?

    Not at all! se your best judgement for the time of year, and the amount of space there is to offer.

  • WILL THERE BE BATHROOMS AT EVENTS?

    We will always try to find a location with bathrooms but to be safe, we suggest bringing a pop-up potty for the little ones.

  • WHAT DOES IT MEAN THAT PAINTED PINECONE SOCIETY IS FAITH-BASED?

    Painted Pinecone Society, LLC aims to glorify God by introducing concepts like love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self control.

    Our love for Jesus provides us a clear guide and standards on how to conduct ourselves. This ensures integrity, honesty, and compassion at the core of our interactions with children and adults.

    In addition, we do incorporate christ-centered songs or books in the mix at our events. That being said, we welcome everyone regardless of their faith or lack there-of.

  • WHAT IS THE INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY FOR PARTIES AND POP-UP EVENTS?

    PARTIES: We can come to an agreement on how to proceed based on the forecast. We may want to move the party indoors if available. We will always do our best to accommodate and reschedule if necessary.

    EVENTS/ PROGRAMS: We will make a decision the night before or early morning whether the class will need to be cancelled or rescheduled. Refunds will be given if a rain date is not available.
