Need more stations for your party? Not a problem, add-on a station of your choice as well as any of the other extras we offer

PARTY FAQS

  • Bookings are limited and Saturdays only at this time.

  • Parties can be indoor or outdoor at the location of your choosing.

  • Space needs to be made available for tables and other add ons if desired. Outdoor parties need to have space for our small 8x10 trailer ( may need permission at certain locations).

  • We will arrive no less than 90 minutes prior to party start and at the conclusion of our session.

  • A $100 non-refundable deposit will be due at time of booking.

  • Final headcount will be requested 7 days before event. If the children attending goes below the minimum pricing requirement, you will still be responsible for the agreed upon price.

  • We will provide clothing coverings for the canvas painting party only unless requested otherwise.

  • Adult supervision is required! Painted Pinecone Society, LLC is not responsible for any child misusing materials or structures provided by us. Parent’s / caregivers are responsible for the safety of the children.

  • Painted Pinecone Society, LLC is not responsible for any stained or damaged clothing, furniture or other personal items.
